China Sichuan Gastronomy

As a long history country, Chinese people were the expert of delicious food. There are 8 cuisines in China, in which Sichuan cuisine is the most popular one. Chengdu gastronomy and Chongqing gastronomy. With exceptional advantages, its firey-red chilies,long-lasting spicy flavor. The Uinted Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural organization has nominated Chengdu as a gastronomy city which is the first Asia city for this honor. There are several famous Sichuan dishes, such as Beef and Ox Tripe in Chili Sauce, Pickles,Sichuan Style,Yu-shuiang Shredded Prok ,Sauteed Sliced Pork with Pepper and Chili.
